If you have any information leading up to it's current location please dial the number on the screen." Scene 2: Man in the Room - Albert: "Psht. They're not gettin' this." *turns off TV, gets up and walks away* Scene 3: Mission is a Go - Halle: *reads message on smart watch* "Alright I'm going in." Scene 4-6: *no dialogue, Halle is quietly making her way down the dark hallway* Scene 7: She's Spotted - Halle: *drops key on ground that opens suspicious door* - Albert: "HEY WHO'S THERE?" *in a loud voice* Scene 8: Mission Accomplished - Halle: *enters the room quickly and spots a green glow* "Yes. Semester 1 Reflection
Semester 1 Reflection Reflecting on my progress in the Media Studies course, I feel as though my relationship with media has changed drastically. Prior to taking this course, I did not thi nk much about what really goes into making and producing a film. I would just watch a movie almost mindlessly , and my b rain would be tricked into the idea that everything just almost magically falls into place. However, after learning and working through units on aspects such as cinematography, mise en scene, editing, sound, and much more, my eyes and understanding have begun to open on the reality of media. I did not realize how much the little components can make a big difference in a film. Small things such as costume, composition, and even different types of shots can all help to create and convey all kinds of meaning. When watching a movie now, my brain explores and recognizes th...
